please note: These downloads
are not free (although via the Bandcamp option you can preview
substantial sections from each album - as 128k mp3s - without
charge). We don't want to labour the point, but all of the musicians
involved in making these recordings have lives to live and associated
bills to pay (apart from a handful who are sadly no longer with us) -
and many of them have no other source of income apart from playing
and/or writing music. We think this music and the people who create
it have at least some value...
These download options will give
you a choice of several better quality audio formats, including
320kmp3, flac, Apple Lossless, aac - and if your connection can stand
it, you can even download wav files for the albums from Diogenes. You
will find only whole albums available via Bandcamp (since that's the
way this music was originally intended to be heard), but should you
wish to download individual tracks, click one of the other download
source options. If no options are listed, only Bandcamp is available
at this time (click on the album title to access).
